From another U.S. bank account

Important

FIADO only accepts ACH transfers. Don't send "WIRE" transfers.

From a personal account

  1. In your other bank's app or website, select "Add an external account manually" and enter your FIADO account details.

    The source account must be in your name, just like your FIADO account.

  2. Your other bank will send FIADO two small deposits, each under $0.50, to verify the account.

  3. Enter the two exact amounts in your other bank. After that, you'll be able to send money.

    You'll receive them in FIADO by the next business day at the latest.

From a business account

  1. In the business's online banking, register your FIADO account as a payee or "vendor" using your routing number and account number.

  2. Once it's registered, send the money to that payee or vendor.
